Woman, become, temporarily

Question by Feminecronomicon: When a woman has sex with a man, does she temporarily become a man?

According to feminists, abortion is defensible on the grounds that it's "her body". And they say it's "her body" because the fetus resides inside of her. So, when a woman has sex and the penis is inside of her, doesn't the penis therefore (according to feminist logic) become hers? And if she now has a penis, doesn't that make her a man?
